Thank you for shopping with Loyde Triana. We’re proud to offer locally made, thoughtfully designed swimwear, and we’re committed to delivering it safely and efficiently.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: R120

  • Free Shipping: On orders over R1200

  • Courier: Trusted national courier partners.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (from dispatch)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • During peak periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer. Thank you for your patience!

Returns & Shipping of Returned Goods

If you are eligible for a return (see our Return Policy), here’s how shipping is handled:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier. Loyde Triana is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

  • For faulty or misrepresented items, we’ll assist in arranging return shipping or reimburse you once the item is received and assessed.

  • Please do not send returns without contacting us first at info@loydetriana.com. We won’t be able to process unrequested returns.
