Return Policy

At Loyde Triana, we create each item with care, using high-quality materials and local manufacturing. Because of the nature of small-batch, made-in-SA production, we handle returns with care and transparency,  balancing our commitment to customer satisfaction with the realities of sustainable local fashion.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order only if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • You must notify us in writing at info@loydetriana.com within 7 days of delivery

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you believe your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at info@loydetriana.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, credit, or refund in line with CPA guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and ethical resale reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective hygiene lining

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalised orders

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to stock availability and condition of the returned item. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll notify you once the item has been inspected. Refunds (when granted) will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
