2. Where are my garments made?
Our garments are 100% made in Cape Town by the careful and talented hands of Loyde and her team. Always made with love and attention to detail so you can have a long-lasting piece for the years to come.
3. How best take care of my swimwear?
Your garments are made to last, but they need some love from you. So, after every swim we recommend you to:
- Rinse it with cold water
- If needed, use a mild soap to wash it
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid sun drying
- Avoid washing machines and tumble dryers
4. Returns Policy
We appreciate feedback from you and please feel free to let us know if you have any problem with our products.
Faulty products may be returned for replacement 10 (working) days after receiving product. (If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please first make sure you fit your bikini bottoms and full costumes with your underpants on and don’t remove labels and tags.)
The exchange of bottoms and full costumes will be at our discretion and we’ll only cover the cost of the exchanged item. Costumer has the responsibility of shipping it to our studio in Fish Hoek.
5. Sizing
With a measuring tape at hand, please use this chart to find your size.
Bust: Place measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Wrap measuring tape around the narrowest part of your middle
Hips: Place measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips

6. How do I order custom garments?
Please drop us a line to info@loydetriana.com and we can assist you with your custom order.
7. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes! You can spoil a loved one with a gift certificate simply by clicking here.
8. Shipping policy
We make our garments to order, which means we need a bit of time for your new garments to be shipped, generally between 3-7 days.
All national orders over R500 qualify for FREE SHIPPING
9. How do I take care of my Lingerie?
Your garments are made to last, but they need some love from you. So, when it comes to caring about your undies we recommend you to:
- Wash by hand OR machine (delicates cycle only)
- Wash with similar materials (stretchy with stretchy and wovens with wovens)
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid sun drying
- Do not tumble dry
